Quick Start Guide

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

• Paid for your chosen plan (self-serve TBD)

• Decided on your community focus and initial badge concepts

• Prepared badge artwork/images (PNG or JPEG format)

• Thought about what benefits you'll offer

Step 1: Platform deployment

What we do

Our team deploys your white-label Moments platform, including:

• Smart contract creation on your chosen blockchain (we recommend Base)

• Platform setup under yourname.moments.com (or your custom domain)

• Admin portal access configuration

• Initial security and performance setup

What you do

• Provide your desired platform name/URL

• Choose your blockchain (Base recommended; or let us handle the blockchain schenanigans entirely ourselves)

• Share any existing branding materials (logo, colors)

Step 2: Create your badge collection

Access your admin portal

Log in to your admin portal and create your badge collection. This is a one-time setup where you'll choose your collection name and blockchain network (we recommend Base).

Step 3: Design your first badges

Start simple

We recommend launching with 2-3 badges initially:

• Basic membership badge - Low-cost entry point for community access

• Supporter tier badge - Mid-level badge with additional benefits

• Milestone badge (optional) - Reward early supporters

Your badges should have clear benefits that make them valuable to your community members.

Step 4: Set up benefits

Create benefits that attach to your badges:

• Static benefits - Always active (like content access)

• Claimable benefits - Require action (like merchandise claims)

Benefits can be managed through email notifications or automated webhooks.

Step 5: Customize and Launch

Customize your platform

1. Use the PUCK visual editor to:

   • Add welcome banner with your branding

   • Customize colors using the Theme component

   • Adjust layout and text

2. Click Publish to save changes
