Monthly recurring pricing
Both pricing tiers include the complete Moments feature set. Monthly pricing is based solely on the number of registered users on your platform.
If you want to send email notifications to your community, you'll need your own email service provider (we've got OOTB integrations for the following):
Resend: Free for up to 3,000 emails/month, then $20/month for 50,000 emails
Mailchimp (Mandrill): Pay-as-you-go, approximately $0.20 per 1,000 emails
We help you integrate during setup. Many creators stay within free tiers.
Your own costs
Merchandise/Physical benefits: If you offer claimable physical items, you cover production and shipping costs.
Your own domain (optional): If you want to use your own custom domain instead of yourname.moments.com, domain registration costs approximately $10-15/year, prices may vary.
Is the $995 setup fee refundable?
The setup fee covers real deployment work (infrastructure setup, smart contract deployment, customization). It's non-refundable once we begin work. However, we offer a consultation call before you commit to ensure Moments is right for you.
