How the content feed works
What it is
The exclusive content feed provides a dedicated space for you and your community to share content relevant to your brand. Every post appears in chronological order, ensuring members see everything you share.
Feed characteristics:
Algorithm-free (no hidden or promoted posts)
Chronological display (newest first)
Direct access for badge holders
Can be gated by badge ownership or membership level
Who can access
Access to the exclusive content feed is controlled through benefits attached to badges. You decide which badges grant access:
Typical configuration:
Basic membership badges: Read-only access
Higher-tier badges: Read + post access
Milestone badges: Increased posting privileges
See Adding Benefits to configure content feed access.

Email notifications
Forwarding posts to members
You can forward any post as an email notification or via Telegram to your community members.
How it works:
Create a new message or select an existing post in the exclusive content feed
Click the forward/notify option
Email is sent to all users who have enabled email notifications in their profile
Important notes:
Only members who opted in to notifications receive emails
Forwarding from the feed sends to ALL notification-enabled users (no filtering)
Includes members willing to receive notifications but who may not have content feed access yet
Advanced email notifications
For more control over who receives notifications, use the Notifications module in the admin panel instead of forwarding from the feed.
The Notifications module allows you to:
Filter and select specific users
Send custom messages
Forward selected exclusive content posts to chosen recipients only

Member posting
Enabling community contributions
Higher-tier badge holders can be granted posting privileges, transforming your feed from broadcast-only to true community conversation.
Common configuration:
Basic members: Read-only access
Supporter members: Can post and comment
VIP members: Enhanced posting with priority visibility
Managing member posts
Creator vs. fan activity: The feed separates creator posts from fan posts for clear content organization.
Two activity streams:
Creator activity: Your posts and updates
Fan activity: Community member posts
This separation ensures your official updates remain prominent while still fostering community conversation.
